Mimi is the Grants and Scholarship Manager at the East Bay Community Foundation where she supports the team in implementing best practices and driving process improvements for the department. Before joining EBCF, she worked as the Program Officer and Operations Manager at the Peggy and Jack Baskin Foundation and as a Program Associate at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Her past programmatic work included supporting policy and advocacy efforts for California’s early learning and children’s health field, including paid family leave and early childhood nutrition.

Before working in philanthropy, Mimi received her BA from the University of California, Davis, and her MA from the University of San Francisco, both in International Studies. During her free time, she loves cooking recipes from her extensive cookbook collection, hiking in the redwoods, and taking her dog to the beach.
