Vice President of Communications
Stacey Manley is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, organizational strategy, community relations, and corporate development. He has held leadership positions at youth and health-focused nonprofit organizations, as well as strategic roles at multi-national advertising agencies. Stacey comes to EBCF from Coaching Corps, an Oakland-based nonprofit that utilizes sports and coaches to mentor underprivileged youth. While at Coaching Corps, Stacey oversaw strategic marketing and communications, stakeholder engagement, and operationalized scalable recruitment strategies for a national expansion.
Prior to Coaching Corps, Stacey led marketing and communications for Medicines360, a global nonprofit pharmaceutical company for women. Before his foray into the nonprofit sector, Stacey spent 18 years in advertising and brand management, having developed strategies for a number of household brands including, The Walt Disney Company, Nissan, Coors, and Kraft Foods, among others. His last agency position was as Vice President & General Manager at Loomis Group, where he led a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, providing strategic and creative solutions to branding, business, and design challenges.
Stacey is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a BA in Journalism. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Baruch College in New York, where he has the distinction of being a 2004 National Urban Fellow. Originally from North Carolina, Stacey grew up in Baltimore.
